Walkthrough
Six steps from install to first hand
- 1
Choose a paid, no-logs provider
Look for WireGuard support, a published no-logs policy, servers in Asia and the Middle East, and a kill switch. Avoid free VPNs — bandwidth throttling and mid-hand disconnects cost far more than the subscription.
- 2
Install the app on every device you play on
Desktop app for your laptop, mobile app for your phone. Sign in with the same account; one subscription usually covers several devices at once.
- 3
Pick a low-latency server
Start with Singapore, then try Dubai and Frankfurt. Use the provider's speed test and note the ping for each. Keep the fastest one as your favourite so it's one tap next session.
- 4
Turn on WireGuard and the kill switch
In settings, set the protocol to WireGuard (or the provider's fastest equivalent) and enable the kill switch plus auto-connect on launch. Disable split tunnelling for the poker client.
- 5
Connect, then open the client
Always connect the VPN first. If the client is already open when you connect, close it fully and relaunch so it establishes a fresh session.
- 6
